Hoisin Glazed Sablefish

Hoisin Glazed Sablefish

For Glaze:

1 oz hoisin sauce

1/2 oz honey

1/4 oz lime jiuce

6oz Sablefish filet

1/2 C Broccoli florets

1/2 C Shiitake mushroom, sliced

1T pickled ginger

1T togarashi seasoning

1 thai basil sprig

1T Olive oil blend

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 C white rice

Preheat oven to 400

Cook rice using preferred method.

Mix glaze ingredients until combined, set aside.

Sauté mushrooms in olive oil over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Add broccoli florets and Sablefish. Season with salt and pepper. Add glaze to sablefish and place in preheated oven for 7 minutes or until fully cooked.
